A while back I did a post called Off the beaten track (1) and I invited people to identify a place in Cork that is interesting, maybe not particularly noteworthy, but off the beaten track. The response was deafening, I’m told blogging takes a bit of time. So now I am offering a PRIZE for the first person to identify the location of this statue in Cork. The prize is a set of 6 Vintage Coasters featuring alluring ladies with titles such as I have what one might call “special Needs” her eyes are half closed and her mouth is half open – which is always a great look and guaranteed to get more alluring every time you lift your glass.

(I got these as a present from my sister when she went in NYC a few weeks ago –  I don’t think she’ll be offended, but she can always enter if she wants them back.
