You just never know when a time machine could appear. But this video does share one valuable piece of information – driving in a built up area at 60 MPH is so much safer than driving at 65 MPH.
And knowing that is going to be mighty helpful to you some day. Remember not all Pedestrians are good people – is a reckless thing to say in itself.
