It is a dream that most of us have – to fly like a bird. There was book by Richard Bach called Jonathan Livingston Seagull published in1970 and then Neil Diamond wrote a song called BE about it (watch the video HERE). The early 70s was a time when a lot of people first started thinking about our place on this earth. Watching the video of BE all these years later can only make you feel nostalgic. Where did we take the wrong turn and end up here?
This video from TED is something different – but it still has a seagull. Watching it made me feel that I was watching the beginning of Something that will go on beyond my time.
